Due to the recent news of the new stay at home orders in Ontario, staff will be working remotely and will only be in office when essential. No services will be available at the office until further notice.
Changes will be as follows:
Healthy Snack Cards (SSM) – Will be delivered to you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to provide your address. Delivery will be left in your mailbox.
Documents and forms - If you have a document that you would like to provide to a staff member, please send via email or let them know you will be leaving it the office mailbox, so that they may collect it later. If you require a document from a staff member, please provide them with your email address.
For phone calls - Please leave a voicemail. Staff will be checking their office voicemail frequently throughout the day and will return calls.
