We would like to inform you of an important update regarding requests to change or update banking information.

Due to an increase in fraudulent email activity affecting payment instructions, we are strengthening our verification procedures to better protect our members and the community’s funds.

Effective immediately, any request to update or submission of banking information must include the following:

  1.  A completed and signed request submitted directly by the member

  2. A copy of the member’s Status Card or a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or other official identification)

  3. Verbal confirmation of banking details by Finance staff, either by phone or in person, before any changes are made

  4. The member’s current phone number and contact information


To ensure the accuracy and security of all banking updates, additional verification steps may be required prior to processing any request.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement these enhanced security measures. Our goal is to ensure that payments are processed accurately, securely, and in a manner that protects all members.
