The Art of Life Community Health Centre presents the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Course for Youth (ages 14 to 27). On September 21st at 6PM, we will run our second class, after which this session will no longer accept new participants.Join us for weekly one-hour FREE online classes for 8-weeks with complimentary onsite meditation practice. We are offering a very practical Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction practice, for a youth audience, to help alleviate the stress brought on by the sudden pandemic and all emergency measures taken to address it. Our youth is suddenly facing unprecedented pressures and uncertainly - the stress of social isolation, fear for the future, difficulties communicating with peers and parents, loneliness and a barrage of difficult, overwhelming emotions.
